 The Eugenia Kerr Carriage HouseCharming 1842 carriage house on Madison Square in the center of the historic district with private off-street entrance and garage. You won't find a better location. Oversized room with four-poster bed, trundle twin beds, sitting area, and private bath with shower. Suite is professionally decorated with antiques and includes Wi-Fi access, TV/VCR, coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, wine glasses, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.  Enjoy a continental breakfast each morning consisting of coffee/tea, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt and fresh pastries. You will also be only steps away from the lovely Gryphon Tea Room and the hip Café Espresso, in addition to many of the historic district's best restaurants. Enjoy the use of one of the most beautiful courtyards in the historic district, and sip coffee or wine listening to the melodic church bells of St. John's Episcopal Church across the street. $199.00 per night double occupancy with an additional $25 per person up to
