An 1880's Victorian cottage located just one and a half blocks from Savannah's Historic Riverfront and in one of the oldest restored residential neighborhoods. Just minutes away from some of the finest restaurants in Savannah, this lovely cottage is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in your own "home away from home".

The cottage consists of two beautiful bedrooms, each having a queen four poster bed, one large bath with an antique clawfoot tub and a separate shower, washer/dryer, a formal dining room, a formal living room, and an "eat-in" kitchen with modern appliances. The cottage is well suited for four but may accommodate five with a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Parking for the cottage is "on-street". However, a parking permit good for 48 hours may be purchased from the Savannah Visitor's Center on MLK BLvd.
The price of the cottage varies according to the number of occupants. Rates start at $200 per night for two persons, and each additional person is $25 per night. Rates do not include tax, which is 12%.

Weekly and monthly rates are also available. Due to the cottage being "self contained", there are no meals os maid service during your stay. Maid service is provided after checkout. For weekly or monthly stays, maid service can be provided for an additional charge.
